Description
The IDATA CS-17916 16-port HDMI USB KVM switch is a multifunction device that combines access and control of up to 16 HDMI computers from a single console consisting of USB keyboard, USB mouse and monitor.
The CS17916 allows cascading of up to two levels, thus being able to control a maximum of 256 computers from a single console.
This switch also offers multiscreen functionality, which allows standard USB cables to be used to connect up to eight switches in multi-monitor installations where each computer has multiple video cards. It makes it very easy to combine, analyze and monitor video output, thus simplifying the work environment.
In addition, the CS17916 features ATEN s OSD function to access any computer in the installation and the ability to save and restore the OSD configuration and related settings.
IDATA CS-17916 transmits audio and supports multimedia keyboards. Audio output from each computer can be heard through two pairs of speakers (one at a time).
