This listing is for the power supply exchange service. You need to send in your defective board and it will be repaired / exchanged. The repaired board is equally as reliable as the brand new board and will provide a permanent cure to the problem of a dead set. Included in the repair service is a 3 months warranty.

The board should be sent using postal recorded delivery and it should be packed well. It is recommended that you obtain a cardboard box and flatten it out. The board can then be rolled up in the cardboard making a very strong cardboard sleeve round it..

Please enclose a brief note with your full postal address, daytime contact number and your ebay username. If you wish to pay by bank transfer then please enclose this with the board. The board is repaired / exchanged on most occasions the same working day it is received though at busy times it may take 1 - 2 days to be processed. All boards are tested and then returned using postal recorded delivery.
